FAQomatic and Sesssions

Hi,


First of all the FAQomatic isn't working on the jakarta site.  Now, my
question:

Has anyone had issues with sessions under win95, jdk 1.3.  
I'm experiencing long delays with the initial use of sessions.

Tomcat is reporting "Connection reset by peer" quite often.  

I need some help sorting these issues. 

I have a good knowlege of java, so should any [Specifics] require programming
for the jakarta project, please send details.
