SpamAssassin does not reject or accept mail, it is a tool used by mail systems
to detect spam, which they may then use in a decision to accept or reject a
message. 

SpamAssassin does not include any simple list of sender addresses. Whatever is
causing your problem, it is almost certainly NOT SpamAssassin. You may be able
to get help with whatever problem you are having by posting a detailed
description to the SpamAssassin Users mailing list, where there are many people
who are familiar with a broad range of spam-filtering tools and behaviors, who
may be able to point you in the correct direction. 

As there are no details provided to show an actual problem due to SpamAssassin
acting in an undesired way, this is NOT A BUG.
