[2.2] Remove documentation
We still have the docs under src/documentation and an addition
svn:external in the portals block.
I'm not sure why we need these files as our docs are now in the daisy
repo. So can we either remove them or - if they are still needed - move
out of the trunk to some other place to clean up trunk?

If it helps I could set up a Forrestbot to generate the 2.2 docs from
Daisy. If we leave the last forrestbot build from SVN online it will (I
guess) help with checking content is synchronised.

to good is replaced by the better ;-)
I'm happy to see us using a CMS like Daisy.

By the way Reinhard. Thanks for that big effort with the
Cocoon-2.2 docs.
If people want to see it one last time, then the Forrest
zone has been building them.

I have now moved the whole documentation folder unchanged to
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/whiteboard/old-2.2-docs/

I reckon that there will be differences. It was/is
difficult to manually keep changes synchronised between
branches.
Anyway, Carsten would add a Tag to trunk before removing them.
Then it would be easy to get an svn checkout that still
contained the docs.

I never got round to checking them against the versions in Daisy, so if
you are absolutely sure that there haven't been any changes/additions to
these docs that are not in Daisy, go ahead and clean them. If not, move
them to a separate place and I'll check them out later. I'd be very
happy if you could remove the sections that are not changed. Saves time.
