   Problem:
   window.requestFileSystem -> FileSystem.root.getFile -> FileEntry.remove
   
   Solution:
   window.resolveLocalFileSystemURL -> DirectoryEntry.getFile -> FileEntry.remove
   
   Both Problem/Solution implementations provide a FileEntry object, however we can only successfully invoke remove() in the Solution.
