Emails to user@ranger.incubator.apache.org

Is there any restrictions in sending emails to user@ranger.incubator.apache.org <ma...@ranger.incubator.apache.org>?

Someone tried to send an email and they got the below error:

When I email to "user@ranger.incubator.apache.org <ma...@ranger.incubator.apache.org>"，the system return failure notice，"MAILER-DAEMON@apache.org <ma...@apache.org>"  reply me below：

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at apache.org <http://apache.org/>.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Must be sent from an @apache.org <http://apache.org/> address or a subscriber address or an address in LDAP.

There should not be.  You should file an infra jira.
