Request to join and contribute to Apache Fineract

Hi Fineract team,

I'm interested in contributing to the Apache Fineract project. I have
experience in Java, Spring Boot, and working on backend systems. I would
like to participate by picking up beginner issues, helping with
documentation, and learning through contributions.

Please let me know how I can get started and if there's any process I need
to follow to begin contributing.
