WWW Form Bug Report: "Netscape hangs waiting for response" on SunOS 4.x

Version of Apache Used: 1.1b4
Extra Modules used: none
URL exhibiting problem: 

Symptoms:

Every once in a while, Netscape will just hang
saying Conecting to server... and get no response.
Nothing appears in the appache logs.  I hit
stop and reload a few times until get the document.

This never happens with 1.0.5 but has occured with
1.1b2,1.1b3 and 1.1b4.

I have never seen the problem with SunOS Netscape
but it happens frequently with Win95 Netscape 2.0.2 
and 3.0b4.
