OpenStack and STV

I just received my ballot for the OpenStack Technical Committee. It's 
using STV, via a system hosted at http://civs.cs.cornell.edu/

I mention this in case there's any chance of collaboration between the 
two projects, for the Greater Good Of Humanity.

Anyone already familiar with that project?
