[VOTE][RESULT] Release Apache Standard Taglib 1.2.1

binding +1: rjung, olamy, markt
non-binding +1: jboynes, hyandell

No other votes have been cast so I am calling this as passed. I will publish the release artifacts though the Maven and diet repositories and then update the website before sending a general announcement.

I would like to thank everyone for their help in making possible the first release of Apache’s taglibs in many years.

Thanks
Jeremy
