Apache, Netscape, and keepalive

Was there any consensus on whether we would do anything about the old, broken
Windoze Netscape Navigators (2.0-3.0b4)?

We've decided here to disable Keepalive until people stop using Netscape
Navigators of these versions. Read: forever.

*(^&%(*%ing clueless suits. They *still* haven't complained to Netscape
about this, only to me.
