jar package
Stefano Bagnara resolved JSPF-15:

Fix Version: 1.0b1
Resolution: Fixed
Assign To: Stefano Bagnara
I forgot to mark this fixes.
I moved the log4j.properties to test resources, so we have it while testing, but we don't bundle it in the final jar.

> We shouldn't bundle a log4j.properties in the resulting jar: this creates conflicts with local log4j.properties.
