include file paths

hi all,
i have noticed that in some files, the path are fixed like 
this... (especially mod_cgid.c):

#include "../filters/mod_include.h", i mean... would this 
work on windows.. according to the way the path information 
is given.... i am not sure... but correct me if i am 
wrong...
