sa-update and missing deps

Hey folks,

Is it possible to modify sa-update to output a meaningful error message 
if it fails due to missing dependencies?

(A different non-zero return code would be nice too.)

ie: instead of the standard perl "can't load module X" error, you want
us to catch that error and display something like "The required module
X can't be loaded" ?

It could probably be done, though it'd be better to do it for all of SA.  And
then arguably, the standard perl error is well, standard, so changing it may
not really be a good idea.
