Synopsis: 
HttpServletRequest.getPathTranslated returns null

Description:
This can be seen from examples/snoop.  The output
for request:

Request URI: /examples/snoop
Context Path: /examples
Servlet Path: /snoop
Path Info: null
Path Trans: null
Query String: null

The value for "Path Trans:" should be something like
d:\tomcat\webapps\examples (as seen in release 3.1)
