download page
The download page does not have a clear download link.
I should not need to be a computer expert to hunt it down and if it is
not on the "download page" it should be ;more clear on how to find and
download the compiled programs.

and I see it at the top. Attaching a screen shot showing the missing
link with boxes open showing my versions of ie and windows. Hope this
