Update - Ambari 2.6.x Release Management

Hi All,

Thanks for the acceptance.

Updates on the release:

  *   The official branch for 2.6.x release is "branch-2.6" and it is already created.
  *   The fix version used for JIRAs is "2.6.0".
  *   The tentative date for 2.6.0 release is mid-cotober'17.
