With the new Kudu Source API, if we are in continuous unbounded mode, the connector uses Kudu's diffscan api to get incremental changes. In this diffscan context we have to distinguish between 'data' rows and 'delete' rows.
Kudu exposes this information in the following RowResult functions:
RowResult.hasIsDeleted:

The task would be to fill in the Flink Row's kind as DELETE if the RowResult is a deleted row (in RowResultRowConverter).
