Currently, we when do HSI ON, SA recommendation call happens for recommendation and a popup for HSI host selection comes up. But, at this stage, we dont know about the HSI host (when SA call was made), recommendation doesnt put value of HSI host in 'hadoop.proxyuser.hive.hosts'.
