Add OSGi Enterprise R5 CT
Hi all,
I wanted to add the OSGi Enterprise R5 CT to the OSGi CT collection in
https://svn.apache.org/repos/tck/osgi-cts
While I have read access to this repository, I don't seem have write access
to it. Could someone please give me write access, or alternatively add this
CT for me?

Turns out, we have an issue here since our agreement with the OSGi
Alliance for access to their CTs has expired on Dec 2, 2012. So, if we
want to continue to have access we need to re-execute the agreement.
I think back in 2009 after some discussion, I signed and submitted the
original agreement. I am no longer the PMC chair for Apache Felix, so
we'd probably have to have Felix Meschberger sign it this time around
(assuming that the org's position hasn't changed on the agreement).

I think write access is limited. As far as I know, I still have write
