Indeed this banner needs fixing:

New Version is 4.1 launched on 4/29/2014.
100 Million+ downloads to date.

Then maybe I would replace the new color palette with "Improved 
Accessibility". Other candidates for addition/replacement of existing 
items are "More usable input fields" and "Enhanced comments [on 
documents]" (well, I guess it's clear we don't refer to comments in 
source code, but given the highly technical nature of the site...)
