Hi,
This might be a novice question as I am new to this interface and just recently got involved.
I have an app which has been developed on the Windows platform and which have used the DOM interface technology  for XML parsing.
 I need to port this app to VMS Platform.

 The only XML  parser i found was Xerces c++ library whcih i intend to use to do any XML parsing.

 I needed some information on how to go about with this task:

a)Dom has been written in C so I need t take care of c++ tech used in xerces

b)Few API's used in DOM (i.e. DOM_Document, DOM_text ) I need to fing the equivalent ones in Xerces to port my app.

Will just finding the right mapping sufice and then use them in the code.(provided the return and the data structures accesses are the same in both the interfaces for that API)

Any inputs on this will be greatly appreciated as I need to start using this interface and work towads.
