------------------------------------------

Commit 37fa52e2efed11d4fa272a2f61c47e42302cc6ed improved performance for XML text infoset outputter, it doesn't specifically help this issue, but should help performance of projecting the infoset to XML for all formats

> Users have reported very slow performance on schemas for fixed length textual formats such as ARINC 484. (132 column lines, fields are fixed length)
> It is reported that it takes minutes to parse 5 million lines. Despite changing the schema to use choice-by-dispatch everywhere.
