Preflight and javacc

Hi,

I was wondering what epurpose the javacc part of preflight has. I seems as if 
the generated sources aren't used anywhere. Am I right? Is it save to remove the 
javacc part javacc or did I miss something?

Yes, but those are only used by the javacc generated parser. I just realized 
that the parser is abandoned at least since 1.8.3 (I didn't check older versions)

I'm going to remove it.

after a second look the org.apache.pdfbox.preflight.exception; package is using the javacc generated sources
