create transient queue between two exchanges ?

hi
i want to create transient queue between two exchanges. What are the ways to
do this ?
My requirement is : if i send a message to an exchange, that should send the
message to another exchange.

This will be done by using the "Exchange Route/Dynamic Route". But, i want
to create those two exchanges in same broker. Can some one help me out ?
