[site] killed a couple of files

I rm'd a couple of files that haven't been a part of our site in a year:

jakarta/commons/commons.html   (bit of blurb about commons-proper, now
found on front page)
jakarta/commons/directory.html     (bit of blurb about the never
enacted java directory)
