[ANNOUNCEMENT] [digester] Digester 1.6.0 Release Candidate 2 available

Digester 1.6.0 Release Candidate 2 is now available from 
http://www.apache.org/~rdonkin/commons-digester/. It contains some 
minor documentation improvements and better build scripts for the 
examples. Please download and test this candidate and report any issues 
ASAP.
