   The workflow `END` failure strategy cannot work.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   When use workflow `END` failure strategy, if exist a task failure, then will kill the other running task instance.

   I’m very interested in Google Summer of Code (GSoC) and I’ve been exploring Apache DolphinScheduler as a potential organization to contribute to.
   
   I would like to know if I can start contributing to this repository by working on beginner-friendly issues, improving documentation, or fixing bugs to better understand the codebase and community workflow.
   
   Please let me know if there are any recommended issues, labels, or contribution guidelines I should follow to get started.
   Looking forward to contributing and learning from this project.
