vendor / lease finance options in OFBiz?

Hi,
        Is there any module that will be included in OFBiz for pricing
lease finance offered by manufacturers and other financial products
that users of OFBiz might utilize to optimize their pricing and
revenue?

Yes. Look at the Financial Accounts.
