Enlighten me on Servlet 2.2 spec

Does anyone know definitively what the URL format is when it is
returned from context.getResource(String)?

If I change that call in Cocoon to context.getRealPath(String),
Then I can get the configuration file to load properly.  In
fact, we should probably use this approach as it will most
likely be more portable.
