Apache opennlp is built on openjdk or oracle jdk?

May I please know if Apache OpenNLP is built on Open jdk or oracle JDK?

It shouldn't matter. Oracle JDK is effectively the same as OpenJDK, with a
few additions and encumbrances; the build environment won't affect
downstream consumers. Why?
