[LDAP DAS] Obtaining a PEN for Tuscany

Hi,

The LDAP DAS uses
the Apache Directory PEN
(Private Enterprise Number)
to prefix OID (Object Identifier) numbers
that are unique ids for types defined
in the LDAP server.

It might make sense for Tuscany
to get an ID from the Apache Software
Foundation.

The Foundation owns ID
1.3.6.1.4.1.18060

It has given the directory project the branch:
1.3.6.1.4.1.18060.0

Maybe Tuscany could get the branch
1.3.6.1.4.1.18060.1

This way this branch could be used
as the OID prefix for all LDAP types
created by the LDAP DAS.

I'll check with the directory project
on the process for getting a Tuscany
PEN Branch.

Cheers,
- Ole
