Enabling HBase Replication across ambari deployments

We've two ambari managed HBASE clusters and need to enable HBase
Replication from first cluster to second.

Need help regarding following questions:
Does ambari provide any out of box solution to enable hbase replication?
Is there any better way than adding a custom hbase command to enable
replication?
What is the way to pass additional set of input params to custom commands
for any ambari service component.
