I believe that HADOOP-16870 is missing in branch-2.10.
It causes an error
{code:bash}
ERROR: Unprocessed flag(s): --spotbugs-strict-precheck

We need to replace {{findbugs}} with {{spotbugs}} in branch-2.10/jenkinsfile
