Use instead of

Hi,

just move Paddings from Jewel to Basic.

I left in Jewel Catalog XML j:Paddings with "lookupOnly" true, so you
should not notice any errors in you apps.

But that should be temporal. We should remove that and leave only the use
with the right basic namespace: <js:Paddings/>, so consider <j:Paddings/>
deprecated.
