Because is under /v#/, setting a filter for the other endpoints requires setting the filter one by one instead just a single entry.
Different from the other WS endpoints, the callback HTTP endpoint does not need to be versioned as it is a transient endpoint used by the duration of an action and it is Oozie the one that sets it when submitting a job to Hadoop, thus it can be changed without breaking backwards compatibility.
