   The tooltip is just a suggestion. We can hard-code a closable one-time tooltip if we want to implement it (and not showing it once users have viewed it. You can remember the status via cookie or localStorage).
   
   But as @junlincc mentioned, it may be necessary to do some more aggressive redesign to the viz type selector modal. We should wait for design feedbacks and see if there are better ways to convey this information.
