We have to remove the registrants from agent when we unsubscribe from the cartridges.
It can be done via agent subscribing to the topic or invoking a webservice in the agent.

Reka,
Ideally what should happen is, when you unsubscribe from a Cartridge, all
your corresponding Cartridge instances should get killed (this is
definitely working). That will trigger the Agent and then agent will remove
the relevant registrants.
