How to build apache-stratos

Hi Devs,

I tried building apache-stratos from the top level. Seems like we have not
added any modules in to that. How can i do the $subject.

Hi Pradeep,

We are in the middle of re-factoring and package organizing. We'll let this
list know when it is at a state which can build.
