Apache james beta 5 in maven repository

Hi, 

According to your advice in my last question, I started with the james
upgrade. Unfortunately the beta5 version is not still available in the maven
repository. 

http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.james/james-server-mailets

Is there some reason? If not, when will it be uploaded and available?
