Currently enum comparison should be
{code:xml}
<#if account.status.name()=='LOCAL'></#if>
{code}

It's sweet if freemarker supports
{code:xml}
<#if account.status==LOCAL></#if>
{code}
or
{code:xml}
<#if account.status=='LOCAL'></#if>
{code}
same to switch directive.
