We refer to the domain admin, but we give no information to help that person do their job of overseeing CloudStack domains and users. A how-to guide is needed for domain administrators. This should match the UI at the time the documentation is released. This is a subset of the existing (Root) Admin Guide, plus some additional material geared to domain admins. If a domain admin is logged in to the CloudStack UI, this guide should be the source of the online help that is displayed.
