[RESULT] [VOTE] Apache ZooKeeper release 3.8.1 candidate 1

The VOTE passed with 4 votes, 3 of them are binding:
- Patrick Hunt
- Enrico Olivelli
- Szalay-Bekő Máté
- Andrey Yegorov

I will promote the artifacts and close the release
