David Smiley commented on SOLR-17069:
-------------------------------------

I looked and in fact the builds are not stable since this commit.  The best determination of such is [fucit.org|http://fucit.org/solr-jenkins-reports/failure-report.html].  I filed SOLR-17783 and I know a Windows user who might look into it.

> On SOLR-16441 PR it was mentioned that Jetty 12.x supports multiple servlet versions and we could stick with javax.servlet instead of all the changes required to go to Jetty 11.x in SOLR-16441 PR.
> Jetty 12 requires JDK 17
