Could not load ManagerFactory com.microsoft.sqoop.SqlServer.MSSQLServerManagerFactory (not found)

Hi,
I have succesfully installed sqoop as when i type sqoop-help i am able
to retrieve the list as shown below.But when i try to connect it to
sql server and list databases,it gives connection error.ie ERROR
sqoop.ConnFactory: Could not load ManagerFactory
com.microsoft.sqoop.SqlServer.MSSQLServerManagerFactory (not found)

I have installed the mssql connector and set its path as well.I have
also copied the sqljdbc jars in lib .

Why this error is coming then
