[DISCUSS] Ambari Automated Kerberization (AMBARI-7204)

Please review the Epic titled “Ambari Automated Kerberization” - AMBARI-7204 [https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-7204].

To help add Kerberos to a cluster we are proposing changes to Ambari to provide a set of new API calls and a (common) service. The API calls will be used to install, configure, monitor, and manage a Kerberos infrastructure as well as configure services on the cluster to use Kerberos for authentication.
