[Issue 127342] Doc-97 with a table in it: other text but table not shown, as docx table shown bt not the other text

I could reproduce this in Open Office Writer (AOO413m1 (Build:9783) - Rev.
1761381 2016-09-29 02:39:19)

- Open attached "Verfügbarkeiten Guides - Berlin 2017.doc"  
result: .doc opens in read-only mode and with no visible table

It didn't seem to work in earlier version, reproducable in Open Office Writer
3.3 with the same result.

Microsoft Word 2007 and 2016 are able to open it and (after allowing editing in
2016, no need for that in 2007) check tickboxes and save the document, without
providing the password.
