rtf file + as i view in msword
when I open an RTF file (created with ms word) as example attached, the control
form (or check box) aren't visible.
I've try open same file with different OO version, open different RTF file,
problem was always present

Are you able to see that control form?
I've noticed a bug opening a rtf file that have it.
