Service-Lifecycle Interfaces

hi,

recently, I wondered whether it would be nice to unify the lifecycle
interfaces for core service implementation (namely PoolManageable and
Discardable) into one. This would make it more easy to write services that
work well with any service-model. You wouldn't have to make sure that it
implements all possible service-lifecycle-interfaces correctly.
