   edit CDVStatusBar.m
   look for this line:
   - (void) styleDefault:(CDVInvokedUrlCommand*)command
   
   
   replace the whole method with
   - (void) styleDefault:(CDVInvokedUrlCommand*)command
   {
       if (@available(iOS 13.0, *)) {
           [self setStyleForStatusBar:UIStatusBarStyleDarkContent];
       } else {
           [self setStyleForStatusBar:UIStatusBarStyleDefault];
       }
   }
