This pr is to support ISO 8601 format for intervals.
- P[n]Y[n]M[n]DT[n]H[n]M[n]S
- P[n]W
- P[YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]T[hh]:[mm]:[ss]
For example:
```
spark-sql> select interval 'P1T1';
1 years 1 hours
spark-sql> select interval 'P1Y1MT1H1S';
1 years 1 months 1 hours 1 seconds
spark-sql> select interval 'P1-1-0T1:0:1';
1 years 1 months 1 hours 1 seconds
spark-sql> select interval 'P2W';
14 days
```

It’s not a bad thing to support iso input format for intervals. Perhaps we should let the user be able to choose?
